Protective Orders and Restraining Orders
Temporary and long term protective orders, and restraining orders, are court orders that prevent a party from engaging in certain conduct such as harassing, harming or entering the property of another person. Often referred to as TPO’s, these orders can be great deterrents to prevent unwanted contact or behavior from another person.
